Adaptive reuse project in Turin, Italy transforming the top floor of an abandoned industrial building into a contemporary residential complex for young professionals and students. The 530 sqm housing design includes 10 studio apartments, 4 one-bedroom units, co-working and shared spaces, and a green roof with individual access. Playful interiors, flexible layouts, and Sottsass-inspired design define the project.
