Inspired by the seamless pattern of the Rigadino Carpet designed by Patricia Urquiola, the showroom invites visitors to experience her design philosophy through a sequence of distinct spatial sections. Each area evokes a different emotion, guiding visitors through a curated narrative of her design language.
Curiosity
Entering from Via Durini, Milan’s renowned luxury shopping street, visitors are guided along a circulation path inspired by the Rigadino Carpet, while catching subtle glimpses of the bar concealed behind the columns. This transitional moment invites visitors to pause, heightening curiosity and anticipation for the spatial experience ahead.
Playfulness
Ball pool filled with colorful fabrics from Patricia Urquiola’s iconic Dudet Collection introduces a playful element, setting an engaging and joyful tone for the design journey.
Immersion
The 360° VR section, enhanced by Pietro Terzini’s hanging mirrors, offers visitors an immersive experience, providing a captivating preview of how the space can be envisioned.
Comfort
Positioned just in front of the bar, the Sunset in New York invites visitors to pause, relax, and reflect on the journey they have experienced so far.
Connection
In the dining area, Patricia Urquiola’s Sengu Table and Rondos, paired with Capitol Complex Chairs, create a space where visitors can gather, connect, and reflect together.
Serenity
The Trampoline sunbed by Patricia Urquiola, paired with Cassina’s outdoor furniture, invites visitors to envision a moment of calm and serenity.
Flexibility
